How do I create an account?

To create an account, follow the below steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on the "Create Account" button, at the top of the homepage.
  2. You can register by your email, or by signing up using any of your social media accounts
  3. Fill out the registration form with the required information, such as your name, email address, and password.
  4. Click on the "Create Account" button.

You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address. Simply follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have an existing account with us and have forgotten your password, please click here “Sign in/Register”. Click the “Forgot password?” button. We will then send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you don't receive your password reset email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, please request another by contacting our customer care team {{gcsPhoneNumber}}800-74292 (United Arab Emirates).

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Click the “Sign in/Register” button at the top of the page
  2. Click on the “Forgot Password?” button.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How can I change my personal information?
To update or change your personal information please log-in to the website or the app using the “Sign in” button. If you are already signed in, please click on “My account”. Then select “My details and contact preferences”. From this section you may view and amend your password, delivery addresses, wishlist, contact details and how you would like us to contact you.
How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address by following these steps:

  1. Click on "My Account" and log in using your username and password.
  2. Select "Address Book," where you can add, remove, or edit your delivery addresses.

Please note that if you have already placed an order, any changes made in the "Address Book" will not affect the delivery details for that order. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of unsubscribing. Simply login to your account on our website or app and follow the quick steps below:

  1. Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the website, or "Account" on the app.
  2. Click on the 'Communication Preferences'. For app, Click on “Settings”.
  3. Simply un-tick the email check box and click 'Save'. For the app, simply disable the toggle next to “Email Newsletter”.

You will see a message telling you that the subscription has been removed.

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletters again at any time, simply navigate to the same section, tick the check box and click “Save”.

You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the end of any promotional email. On click, you get redirected to the un-subscription page on the website, where once you enter the reason for un-subscription and click “Unsubscribe”, you can start a new shopping journey.
